This is the official registration page for the OTEC Symposium - 12 Edition.

To participate in the event, please click on the "SIGN UP" button below and complete the full registration form.

Before proceeding with your registration, we strongly recommend that you carefully read the information provided in the "Travel Details" section. This page contains all essentiel information regarding the available accommodation packages and travel options. Participants will find detailed information about each housing option within the General Travel section and its corresponding subpages.

Each participant will be required to select their preferred accommodation package during the registration process.

Registration & Packages:

Important Deadline: The final date to register for both in-person and online attendance is October 31st, 2026.

For In person Attendees:

Please note that physical registration fees are now bundled into comprehensive travel packages. These packages include your symposium registration, inter-island flights, airport transfers, a traditional flower lei welcome, transit accommodation, and your stay in Bora bora.

For Online Participants:

If you wish to attend the symposium virtually, please use the same registration form accessible via the button below. Online participation fees are as follows:

• PhD / Doctoral Candidates: Free of charge

• All Other Participants: 12 000 XPF (100 €)

Once your form has been submitted and reviewed, the Organizing and Booking Team will contact you via email with further instructions.

Please note that payment links will not be directly available in the registration document. They will be sent to you individually after verification of your submission.

Completing the registration form is mandatory in order to officially confirm your participation in the symposium.
