Full Transportation Coverage

We are pleased to announce that for this 12th edition, all event-related transportation is fully managed and sponsored by the Municipality of Bora Bora.

What is included ?

Arrival & Departures: Your transfers, in Tahiti and Bora Bora, between the airport/ferry terminal and the official hotel upon arrival and departure are fully covered.
Symposium Sessions: Daily shuttles between your accommodation (one of the four partner hotels) and the conference venues for the entire duration of the event.
Official Events: Transport to any official dinners or off-site activities included in the program.

Personal trips outside of the symposium schedule are not included and must be arranged independently.
